The SPNG Group is named after Shri Pyare Lal and Shri Nand Kishore Galwalia. It is a renowned Group in the market and is recognized with the brand name INDOSTARTM.
The SPNG Group has been heralding the legacy of transforming lives since 1954, by transforming age old traditional business into - time based modern business trends. During the year 1969, trading business shifted to manufacturing business to keep abreast with the upstream market expansion philosophy. That was the time when new India was standing up with new technology based manufacturing set-ups to keep pace with the rest of the world.
Engineers of the SPNG Group
Shri Mithilesh Kumar Agarwal, the pioneer who led the Galwalias since 1954, transformed the age old family business with new business ideas and refurbished the traditional business into an emerging business setup. In order to generate employment and to stop migration, in 1969 he started the first manufacturing plant in the region to produce Kattha and Rice mill. In 2005, he was awarded with the “UDHYOG RATNA” by the Government of Uttrakhand, for his immense contribution towards the development of industry in the State. His ideology is “Think before others. Do for others”
Shri Yogesh Kumaar Jindal is the architect of North India’s first solvent plant to extract soybean oil from soya seed. His father’s idea was to set up manufacturing units. This vision worked as a catalyst and encouraged him to take a calculated risk for giving advancement to manufacturing facilities. This was done by installing the region’s first steel, textile and steel casting industries at Kashipur, then in Uttar Pradesh and now in Uttrakhand. His ideology is “Want to be a leader, do, what others even do not think”

The unit was established with an objective to deliver value-added long steel products in all recommended grades, used in the construction segment. INDOSTARTM has become a well-known brand in TMT steel bars, structural steel like girders, angles, channels and flat. All the products are manufactured under the brand name INDOSTARTM. Because of its quality and product range, INDOSTARTM steel has become a leading name in construction steel segment in north India.

Kashi Vishwanath Textile Mill Private Limited
It is among the best synthetic yarn manufacturers in India. The large product range of polyester / acrylic / viscose based blends and versatile count with huge shade range is the backbone of its yarn business. It is probably one among the very few textile plants which has its own in-house dyeing process with a large ZLD ETP plant. All the products are manufactured under the brand name INDOSTARTM . Because of its quality and product range, INDOSTARTM yarn has become a global player in synthetic yarn segment.
PET Fiber Plant
With the blessings of God, SPNG group has started expanding its horizon by installing PET Fiber plant at Kashipur. This plant will help in curbing environment by converting PET bottles into usable fiber to be used in yarn manufacturing. It will be one of the best plant among high-tech plants in this segment…

Our journey began decades ago. It was an idea that was manifested with faith and expertise. Here’s a glimpse of our journey so far!

The age old traditional business was given new advancement and time based modernisation by a young visionary, who we know as Shri Mithelesh Kumar Agarwal.
